O2 Complaints - Successes?

Good Evening all

I sent O2 a customer complaint to the complaints e-mail yesterday. I believe that my complaint is completely reasonable and there records will confirm this.

I guess my question is has anyone successfully complained to O2 and managed to get line rental refunded from them?
