I personally wouldn't use hermes, they are pretty cheap, but Christ trying to get them to uplift a parcel, forget it, latest one, booked for the parcel late sunday evening to be uplifted on the Tuesday, not uplifted on the Tuesday, called, was promised it would be uplifted the wenesday, didn't happen then or the Thursday
Had to end up paying 24 hour delivery to get item to a irate buyer, so as much as it was a cheaper price to begin with, it ended up costing me more0
