So I was wrong! It's only going to be 253% more expensive then!
Yes, if you want total control, an electric boiler will do that, but at a great premium.
Otherwise you need more controllabe storage heaters-have you set yours up properly? Modern ones do offer more control.No free lunch, and no free laptop

So use a convector heater when the storage heater runs out of heat. Much cheaper than installing any form of wet electric heating...same heat output for the same money too.day is 13.07 and night 5.16.

On the storage heater....If you turn the input dial to max and the output dial to minimum you should still have heat in the evening.
Oh...and another thing don't go upgrading a property you don't own. When you sell any improvements that have increased the value of the property will be shared between you and the housing association. You don't get your money back.:footie:
