I purchased a refurbed D600 on O2 200 12 months from e2save on the 24th of last month, and received it a couple of days later. I'm not new to the cashback game, and consider myself reasonably intelligent, but (like many others) I'm confused by the new e2save terms & conditions. Perhaps you can help, and by doing this in public rather than by PMs, others can benefit.
At the time of ordering (which according to others is a bad time of the month to order from e2save, and I think I'm beginning to realise why!) the offer said to send the 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th bills. Ok, I can add 2 onto 4 to get 6 etc, but the big question is which is the 4th bill?
The follow up email I received about my order said
Instalment 1: - Send us the claim form and original monthly bill showing your name, address, mobile number and tariff you are connected on, that arrives showing you have been connected for 4 months. i.e. if you were purchased on the 1st of January, you need to send in the bill that is dated around the 1st of May. This is 120 days (4 months) after connection. See porting below
On the e2save website, when I log in, I'm told to send the bill that's dated August - I've just received my first bill, dated 4th June, so if this is my normal billing date, and I get a bill dated 4th August, it'll be my fourth month of connection, but I'll only have been connected for about 100 days, and it will be bill number 3. Please confirm if this is correct (or otherwise).
On my e2save account screen, I'm directed to
"Important-You have extra information relating to your cashback. Click here for more details about your cashback." - clicking the "here" link gives me a summary of the details I received in the email mentioned previously.

The second question, and another which seems to be confusing many, is where to send the bills for redemption. My followup email says "Redemptions, PO BOX 4311, DUNSTABLE, LU6 9BJ", but the esave account screen refers me to http://www.e2save.com/files/cashback/special_terms_voucher.pdf, which gives the Crewe address - perhaps you can clarify which is correct?
Thanks
John

Thanks for that link (http://www.e2save.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=133), however it still appears confusing. It seems that Rebecca has confirmed what the e2saev website says
Send bill dated Aug 2007 £72 in Oct 2007
Send bill dated Oct 2007 £72 in Dec 2007
Send bill dated Dec 2007 £72 in Feb 2008
Send bill dated Feb 2008 £72 in Apr 2008
Send bill dated Apr 2008 £72 in Jun 2008
Yet the calculations by "murtazahh" say a month after these bills - which is to be believed??
Perhaps Rebecca can confirm?
Thanks
