I love getting the fruit/veggies instead of canned goods. Have realised that now I buy 1-2 bananas as a filler we're not wasting any - before we often had to put out in the trash. Same with the red + ordinary onion - no wastage now. Ginger - a small bit is very inexpensive, garlic, lemon.
I don't think I'm brave enough to do 1 carrot and 2 mushrooms yet! lol although I will give it some thought. Hubby is now addicted to refreshers :)

I had to stop buying carrots as fillers as they always got forgotten about and ended up in the bin
DD loves it when I grab a banana (that's usually eaten before we get home :D) and I must admit I do, do the 2 mushroom thing, haven't got the guts to only buy one yet :o
I've never tried the single grape yet though :rotfl:

I'm absolutely loving the MSM android app - still wish I knew how to scan items to see if they'll mess up my APG/PP/BM though.
Just been playing around with it and with cashback and BM/APG/PP a basket of very useful 'normal goods can cost around £20 with £17-£18 back - SUPER!

NOT going to partake of the coke/doritos as we're trying to lose weight and a 2lt bottle of coke will just go flat. On the other hand with an 8 pack of coke at just £2 at Morries IF they lose the multibuy in Asdas on MSM I'd be on that like a shot :)

If your not feeling brave enough, go through ss till. Your soon build confidence and then you won't care. :)

Not such a good one for us today, why is life so cruel, just had to tell my 13 year old son, that his best friends mum has died :A in the night. She has been deteriorating this last week and she got married last week aswell, he thought she was on the mend because of that, but I didn't want to burst his bubble. Feeling sad today.:A

Thoughts with you all today :A
I remember visiting my friend and seeing her deteriorating before she passed away :( She was only in her late 30s and her Son was barely a teenager :( (she lost her battle a few years ago now)
She was always the life and soul of the party and I always remember her that way :)
She had a wig when her hair fell out and I remember everyone else was wearing by the end of the night at one party :rotfl:

I'm absolutely bleedin useless on a ss till - I'd never make a check out operator. End up getting myself all flustered & always need help! lol

I did do the Mars ice-cream at an express yesterday & of course had to check it was working so totalled & then couldn't go back. Girl had to help me TWICE!

Think I'd better steer clear of SS to be quite honest - more likely to be trouted on them.

Morning all! Good luck to those people 'a coke glitchin' today. If I had time and they were cans I'd be on it like a car bonnet.

Hope the weather perks up. A bit BLAH isn't it?
