Not such a good one for us today, why is life so cruel, just had to tell my 13 year old son, that his best friends mum has died :A in the night. She has been deteriorating this last week and she got married last week aswell, he thought she was on the mend because of that, but I didn't want to burst his bubble. Feeling sad today.:A
So sad to lose a parent so young:("Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

I love getting the fruit/veggies instead of canned goods. Have realised that now I buy 1-2 bananas as a filler we're not wasting any - before we often had to put out in the trash. Same with the red + ordinary onion - no wastage now. Ginger - a small bit is very inexpensive, garlic, lemon.
I don't think I'm brave enough to do 1 carrot and 2 mushrooms yet! lol although I will give it some thought. Hubby is now addicted to refreshers
I'm absolutely loving the MSM android app - still wish I knew how to scan items to see if they'll mess up my APG/PP/BM though.
Just been playing around with it and with cashback and BM/APG/PP a basket of very useful 'normal goods can cost around £20 with £17-£18 back - SUPER!
NOT going to partake of the coke/doritos as we're trying to lose weight and a 2lt bottle of coke will just go flat. On the other hand with an 8 pack of coke at just £2 at Morries IF they lose the multibuy in Asdas on MSM I'd be on that like a shot0 -

Boots Glitch on Johnsons baby wipes
on 3 for 2
double amount coming off = 6 pkts for £ 2.36
both gentle clensing and extra sensitive
confirmed at approx 7pm today
hth:)
Just tried 6 extra sensitive
Sel was £1.79/3 for 2 but went through till at 99p/3 for 2
so 6 rang up as £3.96 (the cost of 4 as per offer if each now costs 99p)
Didnt have time to check other varieties but presumably it's fixed
ETA although 66p isnt THAT bad i guess. I've obviously been spoiledApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

This is so awful for you. Lots of people to think about. Children are amazingly resilient though. Just be there for him.
Huge hugs:A
I know they are, we have lost a few family members in the last 6 years through cancer, and he knows how bad it is, we are worried about the children of that family, the mum and dad split up and the dad is a bit of a prat by all accounts, and not been helping the 3 boys at all during her illness, heard some awful stories what he has been up to this last week and just feel so sorry for the children if that is what is classed as an adult.
He has just gone off with a few friends on their pedal bikes to go and see their friend, they don't know if he is in or not, just want to go offer their support, bless em.:A0
