Good morning everybody, I hope you are well and have fabulous Wednesday.
I did not join in on the magnum glitch not too keen on them, i hope you all enjoy them.
I did manage to whoopsie my turkey for Christmas last night. I was very happy.Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.0 -

Hopefully the link works as at work doing from phone.
Thank-you. The link worked BUT I downloaded it onto my phone and can't find it now. OMG can you tell I'm a novice? I did see it once in a file but clicked on it & it disappeared never to be seen again. It's NOT on my apps but won't let me download it again??
Phone has gone into 'safe' mode - whatever that means and I wonder if this is why? I also downloaded the Asda app - again can't find??? Thought I was doing well when I managed to download the shopitise app a few days back & it appeared on apps no problem.
OMG- I think I might have broken it. HELP!
I FOUND IT!!! It had gone onto 7th page (found after doing the below). I managed to get rid of 'safe' mode by un-installing a barcode app that was useless and turning phone off - PHEW!
I still haven't had something off Ovivo to reset my system - this might be the problem as I'm supposed to enter a password when I do???
I scream novice - dont I!
Can't believe I fixed it myself0 -
Good morning all, looks like its going to be a nice one.:)0
-
Hmmm - interesting dilemma here!
IF something is supposed to be half price at Tesco BUT is showing on MSM and Tesco website at full price (Asda price is a third off full price).
IF I buy and it comes up at the till at the 'normal half price' - as it was & has been for the last week (Tesco website says the offer starts from today BUT it's been on a week already!) Will the Tesco price check take the wrong full price on their website to compare to Asda price - thus giving a PP?
Does the above make sense? Has anyone had this scenario in the past?
Actually I'm hoping that I get charged the full price as DTD is better - free stuff!0 -
Magnums etc still glitching at express stores :j:jBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Making my list today so thanks as always xxxSavvybuyer wrote: »Right, at last here we are...
Although suffering the usual shortcomings as before (needs to be checked against a.com) - I've removed items that didn't compare favourably vs A yesterday (Branston Beans multipack, Yazoo Milkshake 500ml), I've omitted Oreo Vanilla Cookies (2x154g) as a.com says 308g but t.som 2x154g - a similar issue that afflicts the Mars Bar 4 pack which didn't compare on T PP earlier. If you notice any of the supposed 'N/A' items on a.com (certainly any at more expensive prices than T:eek: or otherwise where A is not at least 10% cheaper, please let this thread know and PM me to delete them as well).
Some, or even quite a few, of these items are only avail. in larger Extra stores, as I experienced (probably to my cost) yesterday.
Lot of possibly good BM vs Tosco items, as well as Avs T items, being noticed during the compilation of this - some of the Svs T items are indicated below (but prices to appear - sorry much later - in a substantive Svs T list).

5xHeinz Spaghetti with Sausages in Tomato Sauce (400g)
95px5 Any 5 for £3.00 (v.good price per can - 60p each - usual price per can, with offers, works out at 75p and even 10% off that, as it's invariably at competitors to A, is still more expensive) T PP picked up A's mbuy yesterday (I didn't attempt mix and match)

95px5 Any 5 for £3.00
Dole Tropical Gold Pineapple Slices in Juice (567g)

£1.68 N/A
Tesco Everyday Value Pork Chops (800g)
£2.50 N/A
Country Store Cauliflower Carrot & Broccoli Mix (1Kg)
99p N/A (but now noticed the word "T" has appeared on msm before the "Country Store" - does this mean it now compares (at much higher price) vs an own brand at A?) A's ASDA CBY Broccoli, Cauliflower & Baby Carrots (1Kg) is currently £1.25 (you can argue it's baby carrots and therefore shouldn't compare, but, if it does compare, whether or not you'll have much success on that argument...)
Coppenrath & Wiese Lemon Swirl Cheesecake (445g)
£1.00 N/A
Nestle Potz Rolo Ice Cream (160ml)
£1.39 50p (but not as good as M's 50p on the Toffee Crisp version, which now appears to be going OOS if not OOS, as that was 220ml)

£1.39 50p (as above)
Nestle Potz Munchies Ice Cream (160ml)
£1.39 50p (as above) Of course you can stick (with care!) the Qual Street version in A at 50p on an Avs T comp. as T doesn't (apparently) have it.

Any 2 for £2.00 N/A (quite expensive??? And having to buy 2.)
2xTesco Baker's Soft Oven Bottom Muffins (4)
80px2 Any 2 for £1.00 in A (perhaps - but msm keeps changing to a Kingsmill product, so may be some issue - also I think A's version is slightly larger than T's - so buy in T, away from an Avs T comp of course, as T price matches but does not adjust price downwards for weight)
Tesco Everyday Value Malt Loaf
28p N/A
Tesco Everyday Value Medium Sliced Wholemeal Bread (800g)
47p N/A (returns A at 47p on T PP, but has no effect - just check price of A's Brown Bread 800g is still 47p) Of course whoops are cheaper!
