    Been away visiting family again.

Listening to a radio programme on the way home and the host was commenting how she has a friend who even keeps a little wallet in her bag with sorted coupons.

DS2 is off to volunteer on a summer camp for teenagers with special needs. (OH and I went to a charity dinner a while back to raise money for this and told DS2 about it, who was keen to help). I hope the organisers are aware how little experience he has. When he volunteered none of us realised it was residential. So it really is going to be 24 hours a day, he has to share a room with someone whose physical limitations mean he can't sleep in a strange room alone. He chose this camp because it was near home, now his first task is to supervise a coach load of kids from the other side of London to get them to the camp.

Really bad timing because we have family coming to stay on Monday.

Sorry to be a pain but could you please spare a vote for my photo. I would love to be able to give my mum a ride in a hot air balloon. I'm in second place at the moment but 45 votes behind 1st place, so could do with all the help I can get. Voting closes in 6 days. :A

Many thanks to you all. :)

I'm thinking of getting a second freezer, originally I was looking at chest freezers until mum said that chances are once it's full anything at the bottom will get left forever more  so now I'm not sure ...
Does anyone have any advice on which is better please? tia

I have a fridge freezer but I found it limiting when coming across bargains! It just didn't have enough room so I bought a second hand chest freezer for £40 and it was well worth it, that's full as well lol. Every month or so I empty it and then repack newest on the bottom oldest on top it only takes about 15 minutes.

I bought 8 yesterday and all of them compared at 50p :(

It's worthwhile getting JC with a muller shop.
We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits. :)

    Thanks Thrifty.

See I need to buy my chickens in A not T:)

    Good morning Elite.

I bought a huge chicken in Mr T yesterday morning. It weighed 2.140kg and was only £4. I just paid for it separately so it didn't affect my PP.
