Its so exciting ,but very emotional,I could have cried every time I took D/D2 back to uni,it never got any easier,I am not clingy ,I just missed her.
Will he be in halls, thats easier than self catering for themselves.
No halls where he's going, although there's plenty of private accommodation for students. I think he should go slumming it in shared accommodation. I didwouldn't have missed that experience for the world :rotfl:
I need to sort a day out where we can go and look and get something sorted for him. I had already got info on a few places but didnt want to do anything further until he got his results.0 -

virgin however let me take the full value of off the price I seen on the web. (+£30) so its a genuine offer with them. (last year anyway)
for those that don't know - that was one of the 1st (not the 1st) elite meets. I met naebbirac over there. had a great time.
I was jst into the elite then and remember my wife saying. she's got a lot of what you have. :rotfl: have you all got the same stuff? mind you she was an old hand at it then and had loads of stuff, she gave to mrs zippy.
ps I remember what the £30 was for. it was because I done the booking over the phone. but they still honoured the internet price + a bit. as I was getting £990 off the holiday, I thought it was reasonable
Ditto when I went to Cuba a few years ago.
Should have added that I didn't tell her that I was paying with cc vouchers until I was ready to pay.:)0 -

interesting.
I had a look at the t&c on clubcard.com and it just says it needs to be booked direct with them over the phone rather than through an agent or online.
Definitely look into this next time we wanna go to Florida.
Just need to convince the Wife that travelling with a 17month and a 8week old is a good idea :rotfl:0 -

And I completely agree with the second. There have been times I've invited a friend round 'for a drink' with the intention of letting them do a trolley dash in the spare room as I know they're having it tough. And I donate bags of fillers and other things to the food bank around the corner every month.
I once took a friend who was struggling financially for an APG shop at ASDA. I even gave him the initial £20 outlay to do the shop required (it was in the 32p Ambrosia days). He was amazed at the results and seemed to 'get' it - that we'd do it again the next day and he'd pay pennies that time and get a big voucher back, and again the day after and so on. I was quite pleased I had a shopping partner.
We met up the next day to go shopping and he said...
'This is great! I went back to ASDA last night and bought a tonne of socks with my APG voucher.'
I wanted to hurt him.
i shouldnt laught but i am :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: i assume you didnt hert him
back when tescos had £1 off lenor voucher and had travel size 500ml bottles i told a mum up the school about it and she went and got one and said she cant take any more books as she had one :rotfl::rotfl:
