Always knew that the majority on here were sane.:)
  • Normally, people sick I can just about cope with. As long as its not in a 10 metre radius of me  cat sick I struggle with. Hugely :o

There's Vicks under my nose :)

One of my most embarrassing sick stories is when I was being chatted up by my future Husband (we are still married ;)) in the pub one New Year. I was knocking them back like a good un. I realised they weren't going to stay down :eek::eek: but before I could get to the ladies I splattered his back :o in full view of our friends and merry makers :o:eek::o. Whenever I go to that particular pub I am given a wide berth :rotfl::rotfl:

Awww poor QOC. Why don't you get your Boots/Debbies/Body Shop stash out and smell all of them one by one or get someone to spray you senseless with all your favourite fragrances?

Started off at a new gym today. Weighed myself on 2 different scales there and I appear to have lost a whole 10lbs. !!!!!!! I didn't know starving yourself throughout the day and then binging on crisps at night would help me lose weight. I might have to eat crisps again. Not had any in 4 days now. Wooohooo!

Evening. I've been lurking and watching TV. argh, next time you go to A, you can get 40p cashback on that cucumber from shopitize. Im sure you know already but if not, keep the receipt and scan the barcode of the cucumber when you are in store. Then upload your womble. You may have to check expiry though, think its only 4 or 5 days left.:)

I went for a free iced mocha thing to McD after work (no whipped cream). Oh my goodness, how tasty are they???!! :j

Just done it, thank you :D

I hate the mochas :( Loved the smoothies and must have had 40+ from my two locals :D

Tried to buy 4 chicken and 6 rib rustlers today in a large sainsbobs near my daughter`s and my coupons were refused point blank!

Got home and read on their website .....

A coupon will be accepted if:
    • It has a barcode
    • It has terms and condition and they are validated
    • It's not a competitors' voucher (unless specifically advertised in store)
    • The coupon is being redeemed against the correct product
    • We sell the product.
Coupons printed from the internet can be accepted providing they meet the above criteria.

Has anybody had any luck chasing up sainsbobs to see if they will give a gift card as a good will thing like ts do?

Meant to say I used a couple in my local store last night no problem but they only had 2 chicken and 2 rib and haven`t restocked today.

Glad that you're on our side, Mad. I agree that no one will argue with Poppy. We will just have to convince tweets.:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Good evening, you can avoid freezer burn by wrapping correctly I have a vacuum packer and if the food is sealed it will freeze for a long time, most packaging is not suitable for long term freezing so better to repack yourself.:)

Do you know where to get the cheapest rolls of bags for these please? Finding them exorbitantly expensive right now!

Another non Big Brother watcher here :D

I was once at a party in a bar (it was bogof on vodka and red bulls and the bar ran out of vodka before 10 so they switched the offer to whiskey:eek:). I finally got home on the tube (was with OH) and when I took my dress off, I got stuck in the zip. Fell over with an almighty crash, bumped my head and knocked myself out. had an egg shaped lump on my head for ages! :o
