Think I've just been doing as any Mummy would and trying to protect the boys.
As much as people keep telling me they won't remember this period, I can see on a day to day basis how this is affecting them already DS1 is a very sensitive boy anyway and has been cuddled into my side here on the sofa since he finished breakfast. Logie your boys will be aware of the situation but I don't think they will be affected long term, I started chemo when my DD was 6 months old after my stay in she would wake in the night, which she didn't do as a regular thing, and would go back off as soon as I went to her, she just need reassurance that I was there, babies are very sensitive to what's going on but it's hard to explain to them it's short term, sorry for the ramble:o
