Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Morning everybody. I don't manage to get o this thread very often but I know somebody will be able to help me on this one.

Is this just MY store specific or nationwide? My local T's have told me they are no longer taking printed coupons. I went in on Sunday with some I had printed from my clubcard vouchers and they scrutinised them, carted me off to customer services and called the duty manager - a young lad of about 15 by the looks of him - who kept telling me they did not take photocopied ones, didn't know you could print any vouchers/coupons from your clubcard account and definitely would not take any pdf ones. I had printed them all in b&w - which I have done for a couple of years now with no problems. I think this is just my store but some of you may no more about whether T's are cracking down on coupon use.

    Thanks for your help

This manager has probably had a glance at the memo then made up the contents himself. Tesco has issued a memo with photos to checkouts. This memo has a list of banned vouchers on it. My pet SA showed it to me on Sunday and all if the vouchers on it are the kinds you get from a manufacturer after complaining or complimenting about a product, eg £5 to spend on Mars products. I've seen them on sale on ebay. None of those on the list were coupons for 50p off etc.

In your case I'd contact Tesco HO and complain. Their website says they accept coupons if you buy the product so you should get at the least, an apology, and maybe a gift card, but they will clarify the coupon situation and contact the store so they follow it properly.

    It's only a game

Good morning Elite, lovely and sunny today :D

Had to quote this one. My BF lost about 2 stone a couple of years ago, then she fell! The only difference is she had five already (3 adopted) and was 45 when she fell!!!!:eek: Have to admit though, bubs is gorgeous and very good too. The funny thing is my BF's grandson arrived 2 months before her DD was born, so Aunty is younger than nephew :D

I cringed when we bought new sofas when the kids were young. Do you think they'll come up nice and clean with a bit of cif on them :D

OMG that's what happened to me, lost all my baby weight was looking fab again and bang fell with one try :eek:maybe Ill stick with this baby weight longer.

Last time I tried to lose weight I fell too
We could end up with a round of elite 5:2 babies :rotfl:
I'm too old for all that now :D

    :rotfl:
I'm another that fell pregnant when I'd lost weight :D
After DH and I got married and were living together we did WW. I lost 3 and a half stone and got to my goal weight. Then the same week I found out I was pregnant with DS1 - didn't stay slim for long :rotfl:

    Morning mad squad,

When I used some rustlers coupons recently the young sa asked the other young sa if she thought they were ok and they explained to me they had all had to read something the other day and sign it. You usually get these stories from trouts but not usually from the young ones, however having said that my coupons were accepted.

Oops just read the post by Mrs B - there you go then.
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

I've joined the 5:2 club cos mrT made me eat 1p chocolate.

    Thank you Nanny :)

Think I've just been doing as any Mummy would and trying to protect the boys.
As much as people keep telling me they won't remember this period, I can see on a day to day basis how this is affecting them already :( DS1 is a very sensitive boy anyway and has been cuddled into my side here on the sofa since he finished breakfast. The baby is playing literally on my feet. They both seem so nervous that I'm going to disappear again.
That's why I've only really had people they are really familiar with look after them.
I guess if I took more help though I'd recover quicker though and be back to a (fairly) normal Mummy ;)
