Vodafone Loading .......but is not loading is a problem

Since upgrading my phone a week ago i am unable to view my account on-line properly. Once logged into account it says Loading .......... but never loads so i am unable to keep a tag on how many min, text i have used or left.

I cannot get this information either on on 44555 as they direct me to go back onto on line. Its like going in circles.

I have rang Vodafone number of times, they keep saying that its computer fault, they asked me to delete all cookies which i did (also deleted all my password of my on-line banking, very annoyed as it took me all all day yesterday to sort it out but still not got sorted as i cannot remember some passwords). I have tried different computer but still have a problem, its not Loading .........

Vodafone texted my remaining allowances but its all mixed up and difficult to make sense of it. So i am fed up don't know what to do next.

    The reason you are unable to view your usage from your online account or from the 44555 text is because when you upgrade or change your contract, to bring you in line with your billing date, your account will be on a proratered basis where you only receive a proportion of the allowance up to your billing date.

    As soon as you have received your first bill for your upgrade and are out of the proratered period, you will have no problem viewing your usage online and getting up to date information from the 44555 texts.

    There is an explanation on how your bill is calculated on your online account.
