I am writing regarding delayed flights P7 371 and P7 372:
Outbound flight P7 371 on 26/05/2013 from London Gatwick to Las Palmas, Gran Canariawith the scheduled departure time of 13:50hrs.This flight arrived 12.5 hours late at Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.
Also return flight P7 372 on 02/06/2013 from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria to London Gatwickwith the scheduled departure time of 18:50hrs.This flight arrived 22 hours late at London Gatwick.
Anyone had any luck or any further information regarding the above flights, Small Planet have refused my claim.
Thanks

Probably worth re-posting in the 'any other EU airline' thread.
Give us as much detail as possible and why Small Planet denied your claim. What caused the delay?0 -
Small Planet are Lithuanian, good luck with any claim at all0

Small Planet are based in three countries and have operating licences therefore issued in Lithuania (as AB indicates), Poland and Italy. Generally flights prefixed with a P are served by their Polish registered planes but you will need to do more research to find out which actual planes served your route with those flight numbers.
As with all matters connected with delay compensation you will need tenacity and patience.0 -
I had to leave the airport after my hotel re-sold my room. I ended up not going on holiday at all!
I have sent them my claim, which i had to pay £15 to send recorded as they are based overseas in Lithuania.
They have replied stating: 'we are very sorry to inform you that the Flight was delayed due to Extraordinary Circumstances, and this is not something that could have been foreseen or controlled by the company'
The problem is - I was issued a letter from the company at the Airport on the day of travel and their excuse was that this was due to a 'crewing issue' This is on company headed paper.
Do I have any grounds to take this further and If so what are my next steps??0 -
