Impossible daily competitions?

I have been trying some daily competitions for over a week and it doesn't seem to me that anybody can win any of them.
I mean the instant ones like Clipper tea carousel game, Dorset cereal spin the bottle, Yeo Valley fruit machine, flip the pancake, etc.
Am I right in believing it's impossible to win these or am I just being pessimistic? I have to say that I'm new to comping, but I remember one daily competition I participated in years ago and won more that once. It was from Thorntons and the prize was a chocolate bar, but it's definitely better than nothing.

Lots of people have won on Spin the bottle (including myself) and someone posted the other day that they had won on the pancake flipping one.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

I've done spin the bottle (dorset cereals), fruit machine (yeo valley), Ginger bread spinner (biscuiteers), pancake flip (abra-ca-debora), pull a pint (jennings brewery), and Belvoir fruit farms every day since they started and I'm yet to win 1 prize from them! My guess is though, that because they are so simple, and people like me, let their kids play the little games, that so many people enter them. Oh well, gotta keep trying!

Good to know.. For me the bottle always ends up on "win a token" and the pancake goes to the back, on the cat's head and then the lady's head :rotfl: but I will keep on trying0

I've just tried the Tyrrell's competition and pulled an umbrella, a hat and a bag out of the ground. Winning the bag would be nice

I won on the pancake flipping game in May. I won a box of crisps, a trowel and a potato planter.0

A week isn't long! :rotfl:
The food manufacturer instant wins are more winnable on btw, things like cereal where there are thousands of prizes.0 -
I registered with Dorset cereal spin the bottle and won on my 2nd spin on the 1st day (4 boxes of cereal)0

A week as far as comping is concerned isn't long, but considering that in most of these competitions one gets 3 chances, and that the result in each one of the chances is exactly the same... one starts to wonder
