Has anybody experienced a similar problem with T-Mobile supplying a service to their customers in France?
On the evening of 21 June 2013, my Blackberry was no longer able to receive emails and could only be used for SOS Emergency Calls. To date, my Blackberry has not been able to receive a full service from T-Mobile, despite paying for boosters to France.
T-Mobile has now advised that it cannot guarantee a service to its customers outside of the UK, despite paying monthly booster charges.
Has any T-Mobile customers in France experienced the same problem?
Does anybody know what happened to the network on 21 June 2013 which appears to have affected T-Mobile's service to France?

Have you tried manually selecting another network over there?
But T are right, there's no guarantee of service outside your home network, you are at the whim of which ever network you roam on. If there's high traffic, then some networks will log roamers off to give their own customers access.0 -

Yes, I have tried manually selecting other networks but, unfortunately, to no avail.
T-Mobile did not inform me before relocating to France that I would not be guaranteed of a service, nor did any of their operators who were trying to re-establish the connection.
