    Likewise, if you are of the "Glass half empty" mindset, I would suggest that you do the same.

    It is a matter of record that as far as I can judge, me making a claim for PIP will only result in 'Sorry but you don't qualify' letter from the DWP.

    So unless I am a person that thoroughly enjoys making appeals and presenting them at a Tribunal, which I am not, I don't see the point in wasting my time, the time of my GP in submitting a report to the DWP and the time of the Decision Maker.

    It seems to me that the standard default for all benefit claims is always to make one irrespective of whether you actually believe you are going to get an award or not. Doing that just clogs up an already overworked and underpaid Civil Service.

    It has already been pointed out that you have a very pessimistic view of the benefit system. If you don't claim, then you won't find out.
    Stop peddling misery.
