Slimming world is one of the better diet plans. They dont rely on processed food and its pretty healthy, much better than the frozen WW meals crap.
Im not surprised youve put weight on, no one can sustain weight loss when your cals are so restricted, what were you having a day on cambridge?
500? 600?0 -
I have lost 5 stone with the Boots diet online. It is more a new way of life than a diet. It teaches you to eat properly and all the calories are worked out for you. They have some fabulous results. Have a look at this www.bootsdiet.com0

hi... have a look at this website...

Maybe if you think about it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet it will help you xx"Aunty C McB-Wik"
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride!"

6 stone off with slimming world and have kept it off - you can not allow yourself to go back to eating the way you were prior to starting your plan, you need to address why you were large in the first place and put it right.
All plans will work for the time you are on them, slimming world promotes a healthy life style for life.0 -
If you want to be thin, live like a thin person
Do thin people go to weight watchers or use faddy diets? No, they eat sensibly and exercise regularly, day in, day out everyday of their lives
Stop wasting money on diet plans get on the internet and onto fitness websites, they will tell you everything you need to know0 -
People often go on a diet, lose what they want and then go back to eating how they did before they were fat. Guess what happens? Yup, they get fat again!
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is a lifestyle change, not a "diet" for 6 weeks. Eat healthy food, lots of protein and vegetables along with some exercise. Don't snack and drink rarely as opposed to regularly!
It's not hard, people just don't want to change is the main reason. Habitual creatures!0 -
Yes only a permanent lifestyle change will keep you thin. Plenty of people here, myself included, have had great success with the 5:2 intermittent fasting regime.0

Some slim people dont exercise, I know several. I also know people who are slim whose diets seriously need an overhaul
I agree totally with the eating sensibly and exercising. But a lot has to be said for things like portion sizes as well, its very easy to eat healthily and still be overweight
Cut portion sizes, cook from scratch, exercise, bin the processed foods, watch your alcohol intake and you are halfway there
And sort out any emotional reasons why you over eat.0
