    big hugs xxxxx hope your feeling better about it. it can be hard because written word doesnt have the one or actions spoken tone does but i do agree some peopl are very off on here.

    i registered on here t get help orginally about competitions i'd won through magazines (not enstered on here i was a omplete newbie) and the reply to my ask for help was
    "maybe you can win some manners"

    i dont post on here much compared to how much iam here because it really upset me and te person stll posts on the comps boad so i understand

    I used to think that would be rude, but now I realise it's because of the lack of smilies. :D If they put a smiley face or the like, I wouldn't take it as rude at all. :)

    worst thing about these 'help' forums is people acting as though they know more about your story than you do.

    I totally agree that the written word can be interpreted in many different ways - the other thing is that some people use tablets / smart phones to post which aren't always as easy to type on as a traditional keyboard - so they may keep their response short / to the point because of that.

    There's a lot of different personalities on these forums - many people who may not even cross paths in the non-virtual world - with that comes pros and cons.
