    Afternoon All
:hello: Welcome Sunshine, pull up a chair.
LW - you do make me smile. Could you not have a dose of your medicine poured out just in case ?
HH - I think you forget you are it 21 any more, What with work and putting up with an operation your body is saying enough.

Getting fed up of the spellchecker giving me the wrong words I am now trying the microphone so let's see how this turns out. Okay so far so good let's continue.

We have just been for a walk, parked in a National Trust car park. Then walked up to the Wellington Memorial. someone else on the rally has got five King Charles Spaniel's and someone else with two long ahead daschounds so we'll went for a walk with them Sky loved it. She was the baby amongst them and you could tell she was running all over the place where they went sedately along. She is asleep at the side of me now probably dreaming about the rabbits she was trying to chase.

Big ((hugs)) to all of you who are being to the hospital today I hope your appointments turned out okay.

Happy holidays to those of you setting off for your holidays we are nine days into ours now we set up Cornwall on Sunday, must start doing some handwashing soon before I run out of pants.:eek::o

((Hugs)) spoons and positive vibes to those of you not feeling so great let's hope that you'll soon feel better.

    Take care everyone DG

Just dropping in to send gentle (((HUGS))) to everyone who's poorly, and to wish happy holidays to those who are off tomorrow or later this week :)

Hester - as others have said, listen to your body - if you're having trouble keeping awake it's because you need to be asleep!

Been opticians and it was a pain free experience. The anastheic were drops and then the lovely yellow dye. Pressure came in just below to worry. However, completely forgot about yellow dye that taints your eyes and tears until it flushes out so was getting a few strange looks as I had a wander round the shops!

Just got back from the share a coke personalisation thingy. We got our middle names and surname done as well. So chuffed. They are not supposed to do surnames but he said if not busy and we smile sweetly. Also got one done for sister for Xmas from the girls.

Now we're back we face the tidying. Thinking of making a list and having a nap instead!

We've thought of doing that, and decided against it, as you can bet your boots I'd either knock it over or drop it. The way we do it is Mr LW pours it out into the little container, puts it into my hands and wraps my fingers round it to make sure I have a proper grip.:o

I'm going to have a go at putting the Dys0n round in a few minutes - shouldn't be a lot of dirt (no dogs at present) but it'll save a job tomorrow.;)

I've been known to use a plastic syringe (from chemist) with a bit of tubing attached, for medicine. Less likely to knock over and I could usually get the end of the tube in my mouth without spilling.!!

Good idea, M.E; if I start needing morphine during the night on a regular basis, I'll look at doing that. :o

I'd need to find a way to store it so that it's safe if we have dogs staying who sleep in the bedroom.;) Some do at home, and I don't have the heart to make them sleep in the kitchen while they're here.:o Dave the Yorkie actually sleeps on the bed!! Good job he's only little!:D

I know what happened last night - I didn't have any before bed because I thought I'd be ok overnight. *rolls eyes*

As my grandmother used to say "You know what thought did.... followed the dustcart and thought it was a wedding!":D

It's horrible sticky syrup, this morphine liquid, too, so awful if it gets spilt.

Lamewolf could you keep the morphine in a drawer by your bed (assuming you have such a thing!) to keep it safe from dogs, but easier for you to get should you need it?

Tomorrow I think I might do some baking I might get OH to help me make a quiche lorraine and some scones. Need to find JJs Herby Bread recipe it sounds and looks yummy.
