Orange PAYG credit disappeared
I have an old Orange pay-as-you-go phone which had cash credit still on it. I haven't used this phone for some time, possibly more than 12 months. I just tried to make a call from it and was told I don't have enough credit. Is it within the terms that Orange would wipe out this credit?

You have to call/text ect once every 6 months to keep a sim active. If not it's disconnected and you lose any credit.0
