can anyone advise, what are your stat rights with a phone on a 24 months contract with 3, had it about 6 months, and this is the 3rd time its being returned for a problem with the sound disappearing..can I ask for a diff model, or cancel the contract completely due to ongoing fault..carol

By all means ask for the mobile to be replaced but you will not be able to cancel the contract.0

Your contract is for the SIM, the phone is an inducement to take out a contract commitment, so a cancellation is unlikely.0
