Case has now been transferred to my local court, nationwide have disputed all my claim. As their defence they have stated:
1: I hold a current account with them
2: Charges debited were in accordance to a contract i made when opening my account.
3: I was regularly advised of ammounts to be debited as fees.
Hardly fair is it?0 -

Hold your nerve and don't panic

Got a letter from Nationwide today and they are refunding everything. The court transfer thing is just for posturing, if you followed the advice on here to the letter you will win. Don't worry, they will give in so don't you give up.0 -
Thanks for that, Brilliant news :j ! Just one question though, how long did you wait before receiving the letter and of course the money?0
