3 Mobile's new PAYG tariff and 'add-ons'

Three's in store staff seem particularly bad even by the mobile industry's low standards.
The only thing I would say in their defence is that some of those add-ons clearly weren't designed for the 3-2-1 tariff so you can see why there might be some confusion.
The last time I was in a Three store the sales guy told me he "didn't know much about mobile phones" while trying to flog me one :eek:
I asked a guy in a T-Mobile store about the Galaxy S4 and he told me to look on samsungs website AFTER i buy the phone from him....0
