BT sport on SKY

I have SKY TV and virgin broadband and quite happy with both, but am looking at getting BT sport which I understand I can get.

Not going to swap my broadband but I'm on the understanding that if I pay 15 pounds setup and 12 pounds per month then I can have said BT sport

So how is this done ?

Will they add channels for me ?

Darren

  • You are correct on the costs if you wish to receive BT Sport on Sky in SD. If you want to receive it in HD it is £15 per month rather then the £12 per month for SD.

It can be done by calling BT with your sky viewing card number or you can do it yourself online here:

Edit: was going to give you a link but as a "new" user to this forum I am unable to post links. However if you type in "bt sport" into google it is the top search result.
When on the BT website you want to click on "Add BT Sport on Sky" button and then on the next page that loads under the heading "Alternatively" again click on "Add BT Sport on Sky"button.

  • BT Sport 1 Channel 413
    BT Sport 2 Channel 414
    ESPN Channel 417

You should already be able to see these on your Sky EPG
  • Will have a look in a moment.

Did I read somewhere the the price for HD is more expensive than SD and is the 15 pounds activation fee the same for both ??

    Thanks
  • £12 per month for SD
    £15 per month for HD

One off "activation" fee £15 - makes no difference if you want SD or HD
