We were delayed on a LHR TXL flight on 8th June, 2012 and I've been reading to see if we qualify for compensation.
My problem is that BD don't exist anymore so do I request compensation from BA?
TIA

yes you do - if you read the BA thread you will find others that have done this
you will need to check your flight details though as flightstats show that the bmi flight was delayed 60 minutes only (not the required 3 hours)0
