I've had my orange sim card for quite a while now (before they had the free texts offer, £10 for 300 free texts, etc)
How do I update my orange pay as you go sim card so that I will get the free text allowances when I topup?
Thanks

Hello smsmasters
I'll move your thread to the 'Mobile Phones' board.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

hi,
If you've had your SIM for a while I'd suggest calling Orange and asking for your PAC, say you're going elsewhere to take advantage of a deal (actually state one to make it real). I did this (was genuinely going to Tesco) and they offered me landline calls at 5p per min, Xnetwork calls at 12p per min plus the 300 free texts if I top up by £10 a month plus 600 free evening on-net calls and 1mb of Orange World access. Good luck! You have nothing to lose.
