Low-carb diet.
Do exercises that work big muscles - squats, lunges, lifting weights.
Add in planks and pushups for arms and core
Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred is a good DVD.

The tabletop was recommended by my physio. My problem is they always say keep your lower back on the floor which I cant do because I have a massive inward curve on my back. Ive also downloads myfitnesspal for free on my phone. in about 3 weeks ive lost 5lb and about 2 inches of my hips hthit might not be much, but its better than a kick in the teeth:rotfl:

I also stand with 3 kilo weights and bring my right leg to my left elbow and my left leg to my right elbow I started doing 6 sets of 10, 3 each leg alternating with no weights to get the hang of it now do 6 set of 10 alternating with 3 kilos then I will either add sets or use my heavier weightsit might not be much, but its better than a kick in the teeth:rotfl:

I think under 1200 calories puts your body in starvation mode so do becareful. but dropping weight really fast you are more likely to put back on.it might not be much, but its better than a kick in the teeth:rotfl:

Was the tapletop one recommended to reduce thighs?0 -
I try to do it every other day. I can feel my abs getting tighter and feeking them more under the flab. Try doing side lunges for thighs and forword lunges. Also jumpingbut kind of bending your knees and jumping a small distance not just jumping on the spotit might not be much, but its better than a kick in the teeth:rotfl:

Exercise can only do so much, you need to start eating clean, healthy food too. Cut out refined carbs, cereals, breads, pasta, rice, sugar etc and eat plenty of protein, vegetables and healthy fats such as avocados, nuts, full-fat dairy, yoghurt, etc. Keep fruit to a minimum, two servings of a day of berries or tree fruits. And most important of all, drink plenty of water.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

And re-gain two stone the following month“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
I've lost over a stone in that time frame and gone from a 16 to a 14 size.
Portion control and cutting out bread (I ate a lot of bread) I just don't buy bread and of course the accompanying butter anymore, I cut the size of my breakfast cereal portion in half and have just skimmed milk also use half the amount of orange juice but top up with water. Soup for lunch and halved the amount of potatoes or rice or pasta with my evening meal. Lots of salad meals without any dressings.. its worked for me and the 4lb I put back on when I was on holiday has already come off again after a week.. I've got used to no bread now..
Oh and make a big bowl of fruit salad and sugar free jelly to replace the puddings/ice-cream I had been eating.. I sometimes replace lunchtime soup with fruit salad.#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j
