Coverage problem
Hi,
I am with T mobile and have no signal after they have taken down3 x 3G mast's around me and have no date as yet to refit with the 4G ones. They have told me I can go early without a charge but that I will find the same issue with all other providers. Could I please ask what other members think of the coverage they get from their providers.
I do not want to go into another contract that I have phones for that I can not use. I am in Portsmouth if that helps.
Many thanks

this page has a link to every provider, and their coverage, use them and enter your postcode to find out if they service your area,0 -
Assuming you have broadband at home have you asked T-mobile/EE for one of their signal boxes? I think they are only available for business customers at the moment but I'm sure I read that they were also sending them out to people affected by mast changes.
If you want to check other networks you can do a manual scan on your phone and it should list the strongest signal first.
Free payg sim cards are also good for testing network coverage.0 -
Hi,
Thanks for that but they all say it's ok even T Mobile even though when pushed they say that they know there is no coverage. Thanks for any help and advice given

They did say I could have a signal booster, but as there are so many people affected by them taking down too many mast's at once there are not enough to go around. They have no idea how long it would take for me to get one as there is still a lot more on the list before me who does not have theirs yet.
thanks thoughThanks for any help and advice given
