Closing orange contract early

I have a 24 month contract, (originally 2.50 a month, went up to 29.66 or something late last year) which is due to finish in Sep.

Now the thing is the HTC sensation I took with the contract (through Phones4u online initially) is a right piece of junk, its been in for repair multiple and been replaced twice! Its due to come back to me this week for its most recent repair.

Now I want out, and I am not sure if I have any other options? but I was thinking of selling the phone and paying off the remaining months. But then I am still left without a phone at the end of it...

I can get a 30% discount through a friend who works at vodafone.

but I was wondering is there any clause, because of those prices changes last year, that I can get out earlier without charge? or maybe because of the shoddy htc phone I have had to put up with and not being able to use my contract for what its worth for however many weeks in been in for repair... ?

Thanks!

    no.

their right to increase the price in line with inflation will be detailed in the contract that you signed.

if they are repairing the phone then they are also sticking to their side of the deal.

if you contract ends next month, it's not a great problem anyway, is it?

just make sure you give them the required months notice to cancel OR request your pac code and transfer it towards the end of your contract (if you want to take your number to another network)
