What is the name/number of the precise EU regulation concerned here? I am trying to claim for cancelled flights in March 2007 but Air France is telling me that the claim limit is 6 years for residents of Great Britain so I am out of time. MSE is saying claims can go back to 2005. Help please!

Read page one of any airline thread and you will see 6 years is the cut-off date.0 -
you can in theory make a claim back to 2005 however the airline can safely ignore you or reject your claim knowing full well that you cannot take the claim any further
I would doubt any airlines would freely pay out when they do not need to0
