Hi not been on for ages. I have decided not to open our £2 sealed jar as there is not a lot there. We will open the £1 and 50p one and the small change one which I use for Christmas stamps.
Looking forward to opening them. Keep up the savings!!!

£2 potted in little mans money box. £1 into mine.

I am looking forward to opening my pot although I know i'm prob only looking at about £30. (Already £55 banked) But being on mat leave £30 is still going to be very helpful. But will def be trying harder next year as I am hoping to reduce my hours at work so will def need all I can get for next Xmas. :D We won't be opening little mans pot until its actually full.

Well done to everyone with all the potting. I'm going to be so jealous of some of the big numbers come November but I just don't have the cash available to pot that much.

    Hope everyone's well.

Popped up town after work - requested help from the parking fairy, got a park saved £1 - added to the pot :)

    Loose change 29p

Total today £2.29 (it's never this much).

    Happy potting x

Carly, you can join right now if you wish. You can either start saving now and declare what you have saved in november with the rest of us or save it and get a head start on next year. Obviously, if you'd rather wait until the 29th that is totally fine too.

If you do want to join now just shout up and when Sue-UU is on next she will allocate you your very own number :) In the meantime, if you haven't already, read the first page and it will tell you what you can and cannot pot. There are also some great tips on there.

BE WARNED! Potting will be come addictive and you will find yourself grinning from ear to ear at the sight of any lost/forgotten change :D

Anyway, if you're joining now BIG WELCOME TO YOU, if not, put the welcome in your pocket for later.

There are a lot of us here but you'll not find a friendlier group of people so just join in with any of the crazyness that goes off and we will all be pleased to have you along.

(the post is un-necessarily long..... can you tell i'm at work hahaha)

*hugs to all that want them*

    Welcome xcarlyx :D

I've got nothing to pot today :(

I went on a course today in a lovely hotel and had some very nice food :)

On the down side, soon after I got home I began to be in very intense pain again, worse than on the day I had the procedure done :( My OH read up on the internet, (I'm not allowed to do that because I'm a bit of a hypochondriac :o), and it looks as though I have an aggravated nerve. It's absolutely crippling, I'm trying to sit still with a hot water bottle and I've taken some ibuprofen but it's not helping much. If it was on a permanent level of the most painful it is I'd go to hospital, but fortunately *touch wood* it's not that excruciating constantly. I doubt there's much they could do with an aggravated nerve anyway :o

I hope everyone's well and hugs to anyone that needs them :) Work tomorrow for me, then a day off to rest. Pay day on Monday and then I might have some more to pot again :j
