*bounds into room* Woohoo!!!! just had letter from my mortgage people about my PPI claim saying that they did not feel I was given enough information to make an informed decision and they are paying me back £300 :j :j :j
Bad news side (isnt there always) took DD to that well known shoe shop to have her feet remeasured and her shoes are way to small :mad:we only bought them 2 months ago and I said at the time I thought they didnt fit properly but was assured they were fine, well 5 blisters and a remeasure later and shes in shoes a full size bigger  so ive spent £110 on shoes in 2 months  I feel a letter to said shoe shop is required

That's fair enough, charleybear, it's far more important in that case to have the NSDs. Well done with the £12! Now make sure you take care.mumof3plusoh wrote: »Note to self make sure next yr that you pot daily. Losing my mojo this yr is going to cost me. Hay ho wont happen again. Fantastic news about the PPI money, jakes-mum!!! :T Re the shoes, that is bad!! :mad:How about a word with the manager of the shop or have you already done that? If not then, yes, a letter is in order!
I took the shoes back into the shop with me! they were completely uninterested in their poorly trained assistant, so have fired off an email of complaint to head office. I was not happy at all, shoes are expensive enough without having to pay twice for their incompetenceSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000
