TalkTalk voucher-how do I claim it?

Hello,

I signed up with talk talk when I moved last month and used the MSE link for the £50 love2shop voucher.

Does anyone know how I claim it? Will it be sent automatically or do I need to do something?

If you are signed up for 'my account' it should automatically be sent. I say should as I am still waiting for mine after two months. I have wasted over an hour of my time chasing my voucher and have now been told that I must wait another 28 days (this is the second time, the first 28 day deadline passed on 30th July). :mad: I have told them this is unacceptable & that if I don't receive the voucher in a week then they can come and take their equipment away & cancel my contract.
