I'd take it and post it up in your small local village corner shop or village post office. Nobody will take the job and you can remove the job after a few days as per the T's and C's of the notice board that you are putting it on. If someone in your area took the job they might put the advertisement up in a large supermarket where actual potential mystery shoppers might really see it.

I saw a couple of those back in the summer and had the same thoughts. As I recall it was to put in a newsagent windows on a couple of estates. Where they were , I really couldn't see how they would drum much business.

How can I download my Gap paperwork for an assignment? It says it should have been sent to me in a link with the reminder email, but there's no link and apparently no way to access it from the 'my assignments' page? HELP!

Copy your assignment number and enter it into the box on the webexpress page. It should let you download the paper work from there.

Other option is to click on the link in the email that you get when you confirm the assignment. Only 3 days before though.

That's what I've always done, but they managed to send me an email without any link in it! And it is not obvious how to view your paperwork from their website, unlike all the others!

So I've registered with a couple of companies/sites how long does it take between me registering and actually being able to look at jobs.

I noticed on here that some companies will phone/email my first few jobs is that the case with DS & SM ?

I reckon people already think I'm an MS as they seem to scurry a little and I do seem to get good service these days. Though I ask for a VAT receipt for everything then the OH decides whether it can go into the accounts or not.

Welcome to the world of MS.

Usually, if you've been accepted by a firm, you can log onto their website and see what jobs they have on offer. Certainly that's the case for GAP, RA, BARE, ESA, TERN, TNS, MF & GFK.

DS will e-mail their shoppers, informing them of what jobs they currently have, as do RM (sometimes). I'm not with SM so can't comment on them.

SM posts jobs on their site (and send mails when new jobs are posted).
