Two late pay runs in a row. Sounds like a certain company is experiencing cashflow problems.

    I think that's a bit extreme

Inept more than insolvent is probably nearer the mark.

They have emailed now saying payments in by next Tuesday

Everyone paying late is either going out of business or you are suing them, how do you get work again?

I make a living by not taking crap from companies that try and fob me off with it. In a business where most of those companies think they can get away with anything they please, I let them get away with nothing. And if they don't like it, they know where to go. There may have once been sentiment in this business, but that is now limited to one or two companies. The rest, as I've already said, are shysters.

"...and can confirm that all shopper payments were processed as usual. However, the processing date was later than anticipated..."

This email smells of salesman/spokesperson/politician kind of nonsensical bull.

If the processing date was later than anticipated then how is that a "usual" processing? It is abnormal. It is LATE. At least, late should be abnormal. On time should be normal.

How it reads to me is "We processed payments late, so you will get them late." Only they are trying their best not to say that.

I give leeway for errors etc but less when I feel I'm being fed bull.
I don't like the sound of this email, late payers make me uncomfy. Bullers more so

Shame - they've been really reliable and decent for the years I've worked with them. I hope they're not changing

I hope all concerned will be passing on late payment fees to them, as is your legal right.

Are the payments over the 30 days since invoiced/billed?

Finally a payment from AQ (for shops up until the end of November).

Not surprised. I dropped them long ago. Had to get in touch with the CEO and even another MSC (after AQ had not answered my e-mails) they were doing jobs for, to get the ball rolling on payments.

Anybody having a problem uploading picture to MF today? I've checked the file size and all are under 1 MB and they are in .jpg format. Can't figure out what the problem is!

Their system was down earlier on, (or, I couldn't get onto it anyway) so don't know if they've done an upgrade or something and that has had an affect?
