I just spoke to them and they said they have had a few calls asking, but as far as they are aware everything should be in today, and if there is an issue it may be a particular bank as there is no widespread issue as they know a lot have been paid today, and if its still outstanding tomorrow to chase it again then.

Hey! Send a stern email to the coordinator advising them of further action being taken and then email the person you normally deal with in the UK and see if they can help. If that fails, then legal action is all I can suggest which would involve filing a small claim against them.

Thanks. I had sent a very stern email already but I have spent so much time on this (and have been ignored) that I decided to contact the Operations Manager: within an hour I had a response and apparently payment is on its way. It is a shame as I won't work for them again but will do for the UK side. I haven't got a problem taking legal action but have no idea of Irish legal procedure! Lesson learnt.

Think Maccie D's with a different coloured sign - does that help?

This was the first company I sacked, same issue, non payment despite the assignmnet being carried out exactly as outlined in the brief.

They should be named and shamed. What a disgrace.

Two late pay runs in a row. Sounds like a certain company is experiencing cashflow problems.
