  • Sorry but back to a topic from before......
The big wave of IMS jobs at the moment -
So I finally got going, quite enjoying them. Bit delayed as my 3 year old has broken her arm, but trying to plan for next week.
Am I being stupid, but is week two the same task as week one? The brief looks the same, but doesn't make a lot of sense to me to go back to the same stores and do the same checks.
Would ring them but seems they are a tad busy.
    thanks x

Larac I think I may have done a similar catalogue job for GR. Does it involve jewellery? Was not impressed.

Sadly yes and it was unmanned. Done one for them about year ago and dont recall it being such a faff.
  • I had really bad service in that particular store. I noticed the same company offered me another similar excursion to another branch but this time it didn't appear that you got any reimbursement. I missed out as they only seem to allocate 1 or 2 jobs at a time and I was not home. The thing is I suspect you still have to buy something and then even if you could take it back it is hassle.

They don't have an age restriction for video shoppers... it's only for that specific job.

Keep checking and I'm sure you will find something :)

    thanks

I do video work for them regularly, what i meant was its the first time ive not been able to do that client
had a chat and they are going to try and squeeze me in a few blocks anyhow :T
  • Well I did a clothes shop for MF and what a faff with pictures - they want three now - one of the receipt, one of the item showing the price tag still attached with the receipt next to it and not forgetting the one of the exterior... now asking much are they?;)

On another note, does anyone know what is going on with the Bare pizza jobs? Frontline sent me an email today asking if would cover them :wall:

And as for PIP tonight...how many emails can one company send out for the one job?!?!? :wall:

But apart from that not a bad day at all...hope everyone is having a good week and is not ready for strangling the Xmas shoppers just yet :rotfl:

Saw the MF clothes job and although a 15 min walk from home thought, 'no thanks!!'

Was snapped up within 30 minutes though so guess someone is happy with it.
  • BARE emails are so frequent this past month.

I don't do them much now particularly when they lowered the fee from what ESA used to pay and stopped you returning the item.

Why they want a picture of the item.... Unless somebody has found away of doing the job without a purchase by picking up a random receipt....

Crappy jobs and the fees have gone down, I know I've done less for them the last few months.
  • Hi, how can you improve your rating on certain sassie sites from 5 when the only jobs ever available in my area are for ratings of 6 or higher ??

Thanks in advance for any replies
