Same with Donkey-osia. But that would mean doing all the low fee jobs for quite some time before you become "special".
:A:A:A
Made me smile when you called them that.
Would agree they do have their favourites and only email out to others when the preferred associates has declined
I some times get jobs where there is a revisit and who ever did it before has not wanted to do the return. The fees are PP as their jobs are never as straight foward and seem a major faff or loads of time hanging around waiting for store staff.0 -
Got plenty of work from companies that pay well, say thank you and value my work, one had just paid for Xmas with just a few jobs.
I don't do this full time I fit it in around my 9-5, I'll pick and choose my jobs though, sometimes a free lunch for a report is fair exchange.0 -
is it just me that gets angry reading things like this on briefs
"You will need to make a purchase as part of this exercise, which you can return to the store for a full refund within 14 days of purchasing. This isn't part of the visit, it's just something you can do in your own time."0 -

Yes. I also switch off when the expenses are only "a contribution" towards what must be spent. If I'm working then I want paying and reimbursing. If I'm coughing up most of the cash to make a shop a profit then I'm damned if I'm going to fill in a report and make someone else a profit as well!
As an aside, I want to buy a pair of boots. Anyone know if they employ mystery shoppers? I'd do a report for a contribution then - not that it would make much of a dent into the price that they are these days!0 -
The pub food that only covers half what you have to buy are one o don't touch now you pay for half the experience you get half a report0

To be fair to MF at least two of their pub clients now allows you to do a solo visit so the reimbursement now covers the outlay.0 -

As you have named the client I can't be specific on who the MS company is. Its the company who always offer PP fees and they offer as a fee 50% off whatever you buy. Does not come up often tho. One of their more better jobs.0 -

Argh - sorry. I didn't realise I was crossing the line there - a) as it's a brand rather than a shop and b) because I was joking - I didn't think I'd actually be able to get a contribution towards them.
I have gone back and edited
I'll certainly look into it. Many thanks for the pointers0 -
Is anyone else supposed to be doing any of the React clothes shops today? I've been doing less and less for them recently but I think adding these random extra interactions with next to no notice (and, of course, no extra pay!) is the final straw...0

The Mrs ditched them as soon as they added the extras. Far too much work for little money.0
