I'm wondering, if anyone can point me in the direction of a pre-made spreadsheet they'd recommend? I'm numerically dyslexic and can't trust myself to set up an excel sheet that works!
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

It would help if you gave an indication as to what you would like the spreadsheet to do?0 -

Last night I made the switch to Xero there is a monthly fee for using this but I can claim this as an expense. I was previously using a spreadsheet which was easy in the beginning but after about 6 months I found the task daunting and also easy to accidently delete something.
Xero seems to do what I want it to I'm currently importing all my bank statements for the last year and reconciling. This is basically downloading a file from my online account and importing. Everything that isn't MS related I’m coding to drawings or funds added. I'm also able to upload receipts to match my expenses.
I’m interested to know if anybody does use a computerised accounts package I did have an old copy of Sage Instant accounts but sadly this wouldn’t work with Windows 8. The link below details some apps which may be of use to you katwoman28:

I'm hoping to get on top of my accounts in the next fortnight and get round to submitting my return.0 -

The ones in Central London are still sitting on the naked board.
Which is where I'll be leaving them. I already feel like a Hobbit after First and Second Lunch for two days running.0 -

Sacked them I hope.Scarlet1982 wrote: »Last night I made the switch to Xero there is a monthly fee for using this but I can claim this as an expense. Accounts apps can be good but I find I have too many compromises and kludges for it to work, a well set up sheet that is backed up, locked when a page is completed and well laid out is a dream, you can get it to do exactly what you want. Also beware of online apps that lock you into paying for ever to get access to your information and could vanish at the drop of a hat taking your data with them.0
