Has anyone ever done any work for Mystery Shoppers Ltd? I've done one assignment so far. They appear to pick up assignments other companies have difficulty in allocating. I haven't been paid yet. I read that payment is within 28 days of assignment completion. Just wondering if anyone knows how true that really is.0 -

I regard mine as presents to me
And useful props for other shops:)0 -
Thank you! I spoke to the bank, and they have said TNS should never have said these were going to be soft checks, and have offered me a high three figure compensation amount!
I did this job too, but thought it was a full credit check. What did TNS do when they found out you'd contacted the bank and revealed yourself as a mystery shopper?Best 2018 wins: £1500, £500 John Lewis voucherBest 2019 wins: 18 of the latest DVDsBest 2020 wins: £100 cash 2021 wins: 130 books 2021 wins: Jubilee silver necklace 2023: 8xfootball shirts, Spar vouchers, £200 Tesco voucher,0 -
Hello,
I'm wondering, if anyone can point me in the direction of a pre-made spreadsheet they'd recommend? I'm numerically dyslexic and can't trust myself to set up an excel sheet that works!
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have been liasing with TNS since June about the credit checks, and they constantly said "they are being removed" so think 4 months was long enough chance to give them! I sacked TNS after they lied to me about this anyhow, no trust when allocators lie to you to get jobs done.0 -

I am still chasing a payment from MSL that should have been paid at end of Aug! They have never not paid before. I have emailed twice and phoned them, despite reassurances no payment has been forthcoming. Their accounts dept will not acknowledge my emails. I am this time sending the late payments fees and the rest in a letter, rather than email and demanding immediate payment. If that doesn't work, I'll be taking them to the small claims court and contacting my solicitor. I am wondering if they have cash flow probs and might be going down the tube?Minimalist
