OMG 3 1/2 hours! Was it a holiday job? Check the briefs as some are much easier. I got 2 easy jobs.
Yeah the best ones are the FX enquiries on a premium. Wont be many of these next month around here as someone has picked up all the jobs. The board has been stripped bare in a matter of hours. Strange as their jobs often hang for quite a while...0 -
Today at a job interview I got given a mystery shopper report to read and I had to offer suggestions as to how the place can improve when it gets mystery shopped next. It was a bit odd seeing the other side of it/what our reports get turned into!0

This year, I booked online
I had an absolutely terrible holiday visit last year. I've never been so badly treated in a shop. I put in the report that given my treatment I intended booking my next holiday online.0 -

I hate doing travel agents. I did a video one about 2 years ago. After an hour it was all pretty much finished when the manager came back from her lunch. She then sat at her desk and called across to the person who was serving me. She wanted to know all the information and basically asked all the questions which I had already been asked. She then suggested a completely different holiday and started firing questions at me from across the room.
I stood up and approached her desk as I hate calling out to people. Anyway, I explained that I was happy with what I had been offered and hinted that my lunchbreak had ended so I would need to go soon. She said she would ring me that afternoon with some prices for her holiday.
All questions on the report could be answered from the way I had been treated by the first staff member (and she was very slow). So I felt justified in closing it off.
Anyway, the staff member did ring the contact number I left and got a message stating she had been mystery shopped, so she rang the mystery shopping company and put in a complaint about me. She said I had been very rude and abrupt while in the store and that I hadn't given them enough time to do their job properly - I was in there nearly 1.5 hours! Surely they can do everything in that time. :rotfl:
Luckily, it was video mystery shop and when they watched the video it proved that I wasn't rude and that the store had ample time to do everything. I still got paid0 -
I have been "Lurking" for some time but decided to pop by to say "Hello".
Many thanks to everyone who has contributed: this board has some excellent tips which have made my life much easier in the first few weeks.
I have just posted an alert as my way of saying thank you!0 -
Does anyone know if there is an easy way to find out which of the ESA phone jobs you can apply for? I have 15 pages showing and i've managed to select 9 of them but the majority of them come up with a message stating that i cannot apply as my profile doesn't meet the application criteria. There must be a quicker way to find out than by clicking on each of them surely?0

Had the same problem. It looks to me you can't do jobs where you have done the scenario. Pain in the Jack as it looks like you have got go through each one. There seems alot on there for this weekend after 6pm. Can't see that lot shifting unless they are less restrictive..0 -

Guys can i asked your thought on this.
I messed up a visit and went to the wrong store, they were on the same street and i messed up, which is fine i put my hands up. I obvious was told i won't be paid for the visit i did and asked if i would do a revist to the right store. But when i went back on to look at jobs today the shop i went is up there with a premium. So should i email them asking if they would take my report for the other shop and get paid for that or is that something that just won't happen.0 -

I would just take it and then email them as they won't get back to you till monday, shouldn't see why this shouldn't be a problem.0
