    Dear Ms Woolley,

I am contacting you as President of Frontline Focus about the urgent matter of payment in the mystery shopper account #1*****.

Last November and December I completed three [client name] mystery shops for your company – in each case it was confirmed that I would be paid, yet no payment has been received. The total outstanding is £**.**. I have, since 3rd January, been involved in a long string of correspondence with your staff – first with Branden Day, then with Carrie-Ann Kroll. My emails have generally been ignored, promises to get back to me broken, or I have been given false claims that payment is being processed.

Please note that, following prior warning, I have today applied late payment charges and interest of £**.** – meaning the sum now owed is £**.**. If this sum is not paid in full within seven days, formal legal action will be taken against your company – which will result in further fees and charges being applied to this.

Please note that I am aware of a significant number of similar cases, in which UK-based individuals carried out mystery shopping for Frontline Focus and have not been paid. In the absence of any evidence to the contrary, it would appear to me that your company is carrying out a criminal scam, with no intention whatsoever of paying people for work completed. I am presently compiling a dossier, with a view to informing law enforcement agencies and the media about your company.

I loo forward to your urgent response in this matter.

    Regards,
    ********

Those using this forum may be interested to learn that this account was settled in full by Frontline Focus, within the seven days of the above email being sent. Late payment charges were paid in full. I would strongly advise others in the same situation to send a similar note to the same address.

Hi samtastic7, could you please move your post from Alerts thread here? Seems to me that MF proofreaders are being a pain or a headache today? :)

They didn't ask you how this fact that the customers did not seem to know where to go, made YOU feel, did they?:)

If anybody hasn't noticed, it's time to update your profile questionnaire on GFK in preparation for the summer months.
