I can't get involved in this whole Gap thing, they rejected me!

This month is turning out pretty good so far, I've nearly made as much this week as I did the whole of last month (I did have nearly two weeks off in March though so I guess it doesn't really count :p)

And me- applied on Sunday night. Apparently I don't "meet their criteria":(
    Debts :Paypal £1981.32
    Monzo Loan £4278.16
    Virgin CC £2137 0% until Dec 23
    HSBC £5471.01 0% until Feb 2025
    Emergency pot £404.47/2500
    1p Savings Challenge £1.45/660
    52 week Savings: £22.00/1400

You can split your bets on roulette to 20p per chip, corner bet (cover 4 numbers at a time) you won't get rich but if anyone is looking it will look a hell of a lot less suspicious than £1 on red and £1 on black!!

Such a pullava for not alot...

Min stake on red/black and min stake on odd/even isn't a bad way of passing the time on roulette. Ignoring zero, 50% chance of getting your stake back, 25% chance of losing, 25% chance of doubling up. It's what I do when I'm watching the table on the real thing.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

I've had an email from gyp saying there is a new payment tab on my home page where I can view payments (since Jan 2014). I can't see this tab on my page and wondered if anyone else can. Am I doing something wrong!?

Gruel, it's in the grey bar across the top of the page, next to My Profile and Enquiry. I think it's there to save them telling us that they can't pay us on time.

Thanks, for your reply, Skintsocks but I've checked again and it's still not there! Think I'll send them an enquiry.

Think I've worked it out. Have only done work in March and April (which has not yet been paid) so am guessing this is why I can't see the 'payment' tab!

That sounds about right as for me it only shows things they've already paid (with incorrect dates for the payments :) ) and not things pending for future pay cycles.

Four calls this week from Retail Active, trying to get me to do one of their DIY shops, 30 miles from my house (did it once before as I was passing through). Each time I told them I didn't work for that client any more because both the scenario and the reports are far too onerous (about an hour in all) for the fee of less than a pint of ale. On the fourth time of declining, the allocator put me on hold - before coming back and offering an additional quid. I declined her generous offer.

Given it is clear nobody is taking these jobs, what happens to them? Do RA just make up glowing a report and send it off to the client?
