Yeah - I even went to the bother of downloading their new mobile app. Perhaps they are looking to launch more jobs via that route and yet to launch. Cant see why they would invest in that route unless they have plans to use it. Watch this space I guess..

That app is an off the shelf one provided by the makers of the CMS software they use, Mystery Shoppers has the same but with their logo on it.

What's happening with ESA lately? Everytime I go there the cupboard is bare

I keep getting telephone calls at 8pm from the ratbags asking me to do the doggy visits. I've told them I don't open my eyes in the morning for that amount of money but they don't seem to take no for an answer!

Other than Kerry Katona, I've not actually seen any visits on their job board this year. Mind you, I only check once in a blue moon anyway.

I see that the MF clothes shops you can no longer return the item. Makes them rather less attractive given they reduced the fee from what ESA used to pay out....

I've had no luck getting them to increase fees recently, even when they're really wanting jobs completing and the multi-visit beauty jobs are nowhere near as appealing as the single ones were. I've done very little for them since last year.

Thanks Emmylc and Sukitnsee. Fingers crossed they will get back to me soon and explain what the problem is.

Do you guys get lots of prof reading issues? They are asking questions for things that the company says they did, but they didn't and I have said clearly in my report that they didn't. It feels like they want me to change my report to say that everything was perfect when it wasn't.

    Am I alone with this?

I have only had a couple of client queries out of 100's of MF jobs, they both came from the food & bev sector as well.

Funnily enough I have never had points taken off for the client queries either, only the ones by the internal proof readers.
  • Talking of ESA, anyone been paid today? I always thought they paid on the 10th?

Thanks - I have now. Other payments had been made into my account when I asked the question, but not ESA. I checked again at 7.30 and my ESA payment was in then.

For some reason my ESA payments always show up after 9am on the 10th rather than after midnight like others.
