I did one and it was a closed site they sent to me. I took a picture (just in case). When I came to fill in the report I put it down as a failed visit and explained why. They did pay me the full visit fee in this case.

It says in the brief the jogger is condensed version of the questionnaire to record the data on so it looks less conspicuous. Are they being serious there's no way you could stand in front of the chiller which is probably by the till and fill that form in without being noticed.

I thought about taking pictures as well as the form is quite detailed. The ones on my board are really small shops and will struggle to do this covertly. Hopefully the chiller won't be next to the cash desk. I find out tomorrow..
