On the other hand, McD HO aren't happy bunnies after this article today:

Poor child! They are quite an understanding company in these cases, I give them that.0 -

The link I posted came off of a Trading Standards website and was the advice given for UK citizens experiencing problems with a Canadian company.
If an overseas consumer or business has problems with a UK company then Trading Standards here will look into the matter.
Anyone who has difficulties with an overseas company should report the matter to that countries fair trading agency.
Those that can be bothered should report Frontline Focus to http://www.bbb.org/0 -
Frontline Focus International Inc is not BBB Accredited.
Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.
To be accredited by BBB, a business must apply for accreditation and BBB must determine that the business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses must pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public.
From the BBB site
But seems can still complain. Some one did last year on a marketing issues that they resolved

If selecting about an employment issues you get redirected, but as self employed we are not employees of theirs so don't select that so contract issue may be best bet
Based on these reviews, seems they are not paying their shoppers anywhere in the world

Its a shame as they were one of the first companies I worked for and there were no problems with payment then. I think relied too much on the chicken and pizza contract which they lost to Gap. It was not long after this that their photos were removed from their website and payment problems started.0 -
Can we please remove Frontline from the front page? Been chasing them for cash since October. Fairly sure they have absolutely no intention of paying. Will happily sue them, and never intend on working for the shysters again. Nothing short of crooks.
I had a part payment for two visits for FF and they promised the rest on the next pay run, this was last year and I still haven't been paid in full. I've written it off after numerous emails and deleted them from my list. They are a crap as it gets.0 -
Blimey I am mega amazed did two jobs for MF on Saturday, proof read Sunday and money in next pay run. Wish React would get their act together in same way as did jobs last Monday and still awaiting marking.0

MF are very good in that respect and it's also very clear to see what jobs the payment relates to.
I did a hotel visit for them quite recently and after I completed the report I sent a cheeky request for early payment due to the outlay. Within 24hrs of me doing the actual visit it had been proof-read and the payment was showing in the earlier pay run than it was due so was paid in less than a week.0 -
Well, what can I say. Emailed GAP, had two replies, and my missing payment is now scheduled for April's pay run. Clearly I'll believe it when I see it, but it's looking promising. Extremely impressed with their prompt response and full apology.0

Should we open a book when April's Pay Run is run?0

Don't get ahead of yourself - we've not had the March pay run yet, place your bets now!0
