Have the beds client moved from MF to Gfk? One has appeared which I am sure was on the MF board last year. Fee is reasonable so probably client got tired of waiting for work to be done as MF were constantly recycling these jobs at their low fees for ages...
I think the GFK ones are couples only

Before you asked me why I bothered in a first place, I only did them because I was unwell and there was nothing else to do at that time. So I did few web/email jobs and everything was fine. They sat in my shopper log as 'Received' and then disappeared completely. I sent email to AA girls and they got back by saying that those web/email jobs do not stay on shopper log (?!) but they are still in their system. Guess what, 10 weeks passed and no payment. I am not going to bother with AA jobs anymore. They will find any excuse not to pay.
I think I'm one of few who hasn't had problems with AA in the past but 10 weeks does sound too long to me, unless mentioned in the brief how long payment would be?0 -

Usually it takes 6 weeks, maximum 8 weeks. Nothing was mentioned in the brief.0 -
Hi all,
I tried phoning DWP with this query but keep getting transferred around, maybe someone here can give me some advice?
I lost my job two months ago, it was very tough - depression, insomnia, drinking etc. I have no friends, no reason to get out of bed, I was spiralling. Then I discovered mystery shopping and it's really helped me to be out in the world and have something going on in my life besides applying for jobs and watching TV.
I thought because the vast majority of the payments I receive are reimbursing me for purchases that I didn't have to declare it, but I've applied for financial help for my employment tribunal and they're asking what these credits are on my bank statement so I'm now 'on the grid' so to speak.
Is it true that contributions based isn't means tested and therefore I won't get deducted for under 16 hours a week work? Am I in trouble? If I have to declare the MS income how do I do it?
Please help!! Thank you.0 -

Sorry to hear you've had a rough time of late. I hope you manage to get everything sorted.
I can't answer your questions, as I don't know the answers, but all I'll say is that it's best to be honest and upfront, declare everything and make sure you're registered correctly with HMRC.
Sorry I can't be of more help but good luck.0 -

I am sorry to hear of your problems and hope you get resolution quickly.
With regards to MS work that your doing, this is self employment and you do need to register with HMRC. I believe that you have up to 90 days to register with them. It can all be done on line fairly easily.
If you are involved in jobs which require you to make a purchase and then that purchase is paid back by the MS company, then you are liable to pay tax on the profit once (less costs - such as print, mileage, car parking have been taken out). Similarly if you are paid fees your are liable for tax on the profit.
What I don't know is, can you be on the JSA and be self employed at the same time. If you can, what are the restrictions on hours. This appears to be the key question that needs to be answered. It might be worth asking that question on the benefits forum of the MSE or doing a quick search.0 -
