Not everyone gets the email at the same time, also the jobs are live on the site for around 10 minutes before any email is sent.

(Info from Grassroots when I asked about this)

The last week of the month always is a bit slow. I seem to use this week to pick up stuff for next month. GFK bank jobs are slowly going down. ESA keep leaving me messages about jobs which are hanging, either need to jack the fee or put it up to reasonable level in the first place. I did the breakdown job for GFK at a motorway service station - not done one of those before. How an earth you are supposed to take a piccy in a confined space of the entrance hall without being picked up and observe for 10 minutes. Who writes these briefs..

Its been a couple of months since I got a GR email. I was starting to think I had been dumped. I got two slappers emails today in 30 minutes, missed the first  but got the second.:j Perhaps this is the start of another cycle of work.

If you have young children and need the product anyway, that's great. I would definitely stock up on those products if I needed to.
:rotfl: the points system at MF!! Yea it seems absolutely no use at all. Proof reader questions have been a bit odd. Asked specifically if items such as "X, Y or Z were mentioned" and then get an email asking me why did I put no... was Y not mentioned?...... No... that's why I picked no! Confused!

I've seen a few jobs needing average 9 for React, but yea 8 and 5 (!!!) seem to crop up mostly so will see what happens next time.

Just drop Ted an email asking for feedback so you can get your marks up, sometimes you get feedback on your job sometimes you have to ask, depends on how busy he is.

As a basic rule of thumb (and its mine, not HMRC's) if the reimbursement is more than the fee then I am working for the combined payments and declare them as taxable income, I don't often do those jobs but when I do its for something I want, need or enjoy.
Thanks, I'll do that next time :)

That's true, makes sense. I've got a rather hectic schedule coming up, that fits in well with my lifestyle. £15ish of fees, plus 2 x pub lunches, a takeaway, a fast food takeaway, and a bit of shopping! The taxable amount of that lot isn't so lovely when I enter it all in, but I'm happy with it all still, especially if it helps 'build my profile' (always subjective I guess).
