There are only timings for the petrol so there is no obvious reason for doing them separately.

I'm pretty certain you can't do petrol and food at the same time. I'd check with the MSC they are very nice to deal with.

No you can not, I don't think you can do them on the same day even.

Same here, no bank jobs near me and if it wasn't for GAP of late, I'd have very little to do
